The Hotel Booking is Finalised and the next stage of planning commences.
Please find below the daily events schedule.

The Wyndham Hotel is ready to welcome you, as is the celebrant.
There are planned group activities and a lot of free time over the days where guests may choose to sightsee independently.
Guest Attendance All guests are required to complete the Form below. This celebration is strictly by invitation and only for guests who confirmed their attendance with the celebrant or Eddiiez Events.
During the week long celebration, it will not be possible to permit entry to any uninvited guests including guests who did not RSVP. Thank you for kindly respecting the celebrant's wishes.

Travel Advise There are various airlines to choose from and guests are required to make their own flight bookings. British Airways and Emirates have direct flights to Dubai.
Airport Transfers can be arranged separately and Dubai Airport also have Taxis at reasonable prices which do not require pre booking.

Thursday 21 December 2023 Welcome Reception Time: 7.00PM Dress Code:All White Themed Dinner
Friday 22 December 2023 Desert Safari Time: 3pm Dress Code: Colourful Outfit Comfortable for walking in sand and eating under the stars. It does get quite cool in the evening desert and an optional scarf or cardigan is advised.
Saturday 23 July 2023 City Tour - (Including a stop at the Gold Souk) Guests wil have a half day city tour including the popular Abra Taxi and a stop for lunch Time: 2pm Dress Code: A Touch of African Print - Dresses, tops, bottoms anything you choose to wear please include one item that celebrates our African Culture
Guests are reminded, that outside of the confines of the hotel, the UAE dress codes in certain areas are conservative and a conservative dress code policy applies, especially with visits to certain parts of the city of which the gold souk is one. Please refer to dress code guidelines here
Sunday 24th December 2023 Sylvia's 60TH Birthday Dinner and Thanksgiving Time: 6:00pm Dress Code: Men - Smart Jacket /African Formal wear Ladies - Evening or Cocktail dresses
Monday 25th December 2023 Sunset Cruise This is a time to chill out, view Dubai from the sea, have a snack , listen to music or dance. A perfect way to end the trip. Time: 3pm Dress Code: Event Tshirt - Please complete your size requirement below

Wednesday 27th December Guest Departures
Please note that all times are subject to change and will be firmed up on Arrival. The cruise has not been confirmed as this will be booked once we are certain of guest numbers.
