Thank you for confirming your attendance to Mr Daniel Benson's Surprise Birthday Celebration. In order to maintain the element of surprise for this milestone celebration we ask that none of the information below is shared.
DINNER SERVICE
The Dinner Service is a plated service and you are now required to select your Starter and Main course options on the form below. Please submit one for each invited guest.
If you have made an error in your selection, please email us .
Once we have submitted your selected options to the venue, we are unable to change your chosen options. Guests who do not make a selection by the 12th January 2025, will be served the Chef's choice of meals on the evening.
All personal data entered on this form will be used by Eddiiez Events for the sole purpose of keeping you informed about this event and will not be retained afterwards unless you have ticked the opt in box.

Please be advised that this is a timely event and the evening will start promptly at 6.30PM with a welcome drinks reception.
It is important that you arrive on time to fully enjoy all that has been planned for you. The Benson’s have put a lot of thought into ensuring that all their guests have a memorable experience, so we kindly ask that you honour their request for a timely arrival.
DRESS CODE Elegantly Formal & Classy
Ladies: Evening Gowns
Gents: Black Tie or African Traditional outfit.
SEATING
As guests are required to pre-select their meals for the evening, we kindly request that you remain in the seats allocated to you during the Dinner Service.
FOOD ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCE
If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please notify us of this using the form above. You are welcome to request for the chef's assistance on the day.
ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is fully accessible. Guests are required to go up a short flight of stairs, however, there is a ramp access to the venue for those who require this. Please let us know if you will require assistance and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.
