During our initial meeting, we will discuss all of this using the information on our requirement form we can tailor a unique bespoke event for you, We also have different fonts.
You can have any background colour to suit your information. Settings differ for guests. These are some of our sample cards. We try to ensure that guests have unique ones. We also can contract a graphic artist to design a Logo for the Celebrant.
You can have images, Slides or gallery and if celebrant has done a photo shoot we can use these as well. Some guests use their images but we do not allow any videos unless its like a youtube link this is due to copy right infringements. You can let us design your invite or you can provide us with one.
Guests receive this link via celebrant it can be sent via text email, social media etc just remember that others may forward these and that is where we are your gate keepers. we cross check receipts with your list and we update you weekly or as often as you desire

Different backgrounds - We use fonts that are easy to read as some will open this on different devices. We also set up a dedicated email address for you and will keep it open for up to 28 days after your event or earlier if you direct us to.

The SDD - Save the Date notification and attached RSVP enables you plan effectively for your guests - Only guests who reply to this will receive the formal invitation. This will be sent to them directly via email addresses that thy input directly. Here is where we are better than paperless post as it means less errors plus unlimited messages for your guests like countdowns, itineraries or the formal invites being sent, repeated if required. For destination events, guests should be given minimum of a 4-6 months notice and for home events, we recommend similar however we have been known to organise events in 7 or 10 days for 100 plus guests. We are like no other.
